PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device, a detection method and a detection program which detect a candidate of a biomarker that can be used in diagnosis of a pre-disease state showing transition from a healthy state to a disease state.SOLUTION: A plurality of biological samples are collected from a measurement target at different time points, measurement data obtained by measuring the collected biological samples is compiled to obtain statistic data. Then, acquisition processing (s1) of high throughput data, selection processing (s2) of a differential biomolecule, clustering processing (s3), selection processing (s4) of a DNB (Dynamical Network Biomarker) candidate, and DNB determination processing (s5) by significance analysis are performed. |
