PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus for effectively utilizing both surfaces of a transparent medium.SOLUTION: A printing apparatus is an apparatus which comprises a head for discharging ink droplets from nozzles and prints an image on a medium. The medium is a transparent medium. Two pieces of image data are prepared. One piece of image data of the two pieces of image data is selected and set to one of a first image and a second image. The piece of image data not selected is set to the other of the first image and the second image. The image data set to the first image is processed to be image data of a mirror image. The head prints the mirror image of the first image on the medium, prints a background image on the mirror image of the first image, and prints a real image of the second image on the background image. |
