PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source which can radiate far-infrared light and capable of high speed operation.SOLUTION: A light source 1 includes a filament 3 composed of CNT or a graphite thin film, a pair of current terminals 5, 7 connected electrically with the filament 3, and a reflection member 9 for reflecting light radiated from the filament 3. Preferably, a housing member 10 for housing the filament 3, and having a window 15 transmitting light is provided. Interior of the housing member 10 may be vacuum. The housing member 10 may be filled with an inert gas. |
