PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and effort of a store staff required in vacant seat registration work.SOLUTION: Vacant seat information for specifying the number of vacant seats of a store and store identification information for identifying a store are acquired from a portable terminal device of a user of the store (S1), the vacant seat information is registered in storage means (12d) in association with the store identification information (S4), a search condition including the number of users is acquired from the terminal device of a user searching a store to be a use object (S6), the vacant seat information and the store identification information registered in the storage means are collated with the acquired search condition (S7), and a collation result is transmitted to the terminal device (S8).
