PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, which is favorably fixed to a recording medium in a wide temperature range without inducing offset.SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development is formed by aggregating fine particles containing a binder resin and fine particles containing a release agent in an aqueous medium to form particulate aggregates or by aggregating fine particles containing a binder resin and a release agent in an aqueous medium to form particulate aggregates, and heating the obtained particulate aggregates under predetermined conditions to unify components included in the particulate aggregates. The binder resin used includes a polyester resin having each predetermined range of ester group concentration, softening point and mass average molecular weight. |
