PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give notification of a fixing metal fitting for the time of product transportation being left unremoved in a drum type washing machine.SOLUTION: A drum type washing machine includes: an upper part support metal fitting 75 provided at a water tub 82; a motor 81 for rotationally driving a drum 78; a fixing metal fitting 84 for fastening a washing machine body 83 and the upper part support metal fitting 75 during product transportation; an acceleration sensor 88 for detecting vibration components in multiple directions provided at the water tub 82; a rotational speed detection part 33 for detecting the rotation number of the motor 81; and a control part 31 for detecting an amplitude value based on the output of the acceleration sensor 88 and controlling the motor 81. The control part 31 determines that a fixing metal fitting is left unremoved when an amplitude value acquired by rotating the drum 78 in a predetermined rotation number N1 in the vicinity of a primary resonance frequency of the water tub, and an amplitude value acquired by rotating in a rotation number N2 which is higher than the rotation number N1 are smaller than preset threshold values in comparison respectively; therefore, it can surely detect a fixing metal fitting being left unremoved, and it can prevent dewatering abnormal vibration occurring due to the fixing metal fitting being left unremoved. |
