PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably improve compatibility between sealability by a sealing member and unsealability of the sealing member.SOLUTION: A developer storage container 30 containing developer comprises: an opening 35a for discharging the developer; and a sealing member 19 which is attached to the developer storage container 30 so as to seal the opening 35a and exposes the opening 35a by being moved. At least a portion of the sealing member 19 is made of material 51 that is compatible with the material forming the opening 35a and material 52 that is incompatible with the material forming the opening 35a. Either of the material 51 having the compatibility and the material 52 having the incompatibility is disposed in the other material in a scattered state.
