PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type heat exchanger capable of restricting two or more bulkhead bodies constituting heat transfer plates from being brazed at locations other than requisite places and further restricting a damage of the heat transfer plates caused by flowing of a heat exchanging medium and a medium to be heat exchanged.SOLUTION: Each of the heat transfer plates has two or more bulkhead bodies overlapped to each other, a laminate of two or more metallic plates having openings in at least four locations is pressed to cause each of the metallic plates to become a bulkhead body having concave and convex portions at both front and rear surfaces, and at least one bulkhead body of adjoining bulkhead bodies constituting a single heat transfer plate has an annular concave part enclosing the opening on the surface oppositely facing against a mating bulkhead body. |
