PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand for an image display device whose strength is high and manufacturing cost is suppressed while emphasis is placed on design, and to provide an image display device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: The stand for an image display device includes: a mounting angle part 9 for mounting to the image display device; a tabular base plate 11 that is in contact with an installation surface; and a connection part 10 that connects the mounting angle part 9 and the base plate 11. The connection part 10 is manufactured by an extrusion process of aluminum. An axial length direction of the connection part 10 is not upper vertical to the installation surface, but is tilted to forward side where the image display device is placed. |
