PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in that ultraviolet that is not in a visible area is easily displaced in optical axis with respect to an emitting position required by ultraviolet curable resin, easily leading to non-uniform exposure in relation to the ultraviolet curable resin.SOLUTION: First, a laser beam is emitted to ultraviolet curable resin 110 by use of a laser beam emitting part 150, thereby determining an ultraviolet emitting position. Subsequently, while a condenser lens 135A is kept fixed, switching to an ultraviolet emitting part 140 is carried out to emit ultraviolet ray to the ultraviolet curable resin 110, thereby curing the ultraviolet curable resin 110. |
