In the present invention, by means of the highlighted display by sentence of locations containing specific keywords, it becomes possible to effect greater efficiency and increased precision of the task of judging whether or not submission as evidence in a lawsuit should be carried out. The present invention is provided with: a database that registers keywords for a user to determine whether or not a plurality of text information contained in digital information is pertinent to a lawsuit; a search unit that, from the text information, searches for keywords registered in the database; a sentence extraction unit that extracts sentences containing detected keywords from the text information; a score calculation unit that calculates scores indicating the degree of pertinence to the lawsuit by means of a feature quantity extracted from the sentences extracted by the sentence extraction unit; and an emphasis unit that alters the degree of emphasis of the sentences in accordance with the scores. |
