A menstrual cup comprises a cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121), a discharge pipe (32, 62, 92, 112, 122) in communication with the bottom of the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121), and a discharge hole (321, 37, 63, 93, 1121, 123) provided on the discharge pipe (32, 62, 92, 112, 122); and further comprises an opening/closing device acting on the discharge pipe (32, 62, 92, 112, 122) and for controlling the liquid to pass through the discharge pipe (32, 62, 92, 112, 122) and be discharged from the discharge hole (321, 37, 63, 93, 1121, 123). In use, the opening/closing device is closed, and then the opening/closing device and the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121) are both put into the human body, and the liquid flows and is collected in the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121). After a period of time, the user pulls the opening/closing device out of the human body with the discharge pipe (32, 62, 92, 112, 122) or a handle disposed on the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121), but still leaves the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121) in the human body, and then opens the opening/closing device; in this way, the liquid collected in the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121) passes through the discharge pipe (32, 62, 92, 112, 122) from the cup body (31, 61, 91, 111, 121) and is discharged from the discharge hole (321, 37, 63, 93, 1121, 123).
