According to the present invention, provided is a method for optimizing an achievement rate of the multiuser multi-input and multi-output two-way relay communications system which is capable of effectively increasing the communications capacity through the achievement rate optimization by solving the problem of not knowing the method of effectively increasing the communications capacity in an existing cellular communications system. Wherein, the improved cellular communications system includes one base station having a plurality of transmission and reception antenna systems, and a plurality of communications terminal nodes having one relay node and one transmission and reception antenna.
