PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct leveling work without reducing a strength of a foundation of a building.SOLUTION: An anchor unit 10 integrated into a foundation structure of a building comprises: an anchor pipe 20 of which at least the upper end is opened and which includes a female screw part 23 formed along an inner circumference of the upper end; an annular fastening nut 30 which includes a male screw part 31 formed along an outer circumference of a lower end and meshed with the female screw part 23 and a female screw part 33 formed along an inner circumference and is fastened to the upper end of the anchor pipe 20 by meshing the female screw part 23 and the male screw part 31; and an anchor bolt 40 which includes a male screw part 41 formed along an outer circumference and meshed with the female screw part 33 and of which the lower end is inserted into an internal space of the anchor pipe 20 by meshing the female screw part 33 and the male screw part 41.
