PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for allowing usage of a common printer profile, even if the configuration of a printer system is changed or added.SOLUTION: From color data after color material total amount limitation processing obtained through color material total amount limitation processing using a first color material total amount limitation profile under first configuration conditions, color data under second configuration conditions corresponding to an output color matching or approximate to an output color obtained via a first color predictor under the first configuration conditions is retrieved and acquired via a second color predictor under the second configuration conditions. A second color material total amount limitation profile under the second configuration conditions is created by associating the color data under the second configuration conditions thus retrieved and acquired with color data before color material total amount limitation processing.
