PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane foam molding having high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The urethane foam molding comprises: a base material made of polyurethane foam; and composite particles blended into the base material and mutually linked each other, and the composite particles are composed of: thermally conductive particles made of nonmagnetic substance; and a covering layer having an insulating film made of metal oxide and magnetic substance and covering the surfaces of the thermally covering particles. The magnetic substance may be magnetic particles dispersed into the insulating film or may be a magnetic film formed on the surfaces of the thermally conductive particles. The urethane foam molding is produced by injecting mixed raw material comprising the powder of the composite particles and urethane foam resin raw material into a foam die type cavity and performing foam molding while applying a magnetic field thereto. |
