PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device which achieves high luminance.SOLUTION: An LED lighting device 101 includes: a substrate 200 having a main surface 201; multiple LED chips 300 which are supported by the main surface 201 of the substrate 200; a wiring pattern 400 which is formed on the main surface 201 of the substrate 200 and establishes electrical conductivity with the multiple LED chips 300; and a frame shaped dam part 600 which is provided on the main surface 201 of the substrate 200 and encloses the multiple LED chips 300. The wiring pattern 400 has one or more pad parts 410, each of which has a portion located between the dam part 600 and the multiple LED chips 300. Further, the LED lighting device includes protection layers 500 which cover at least parts of the pad parts 410. |
