PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug eluting type film preparation which can efficiently deliver biocompatible nanoparticles encapsulating physiologically active substances therein to the inside of cells and can be fixed in a disease site for a long period to some extent.SOLUTION: In a drug eluting type film preparation 1, one surface of the film formed from biocompatible polymers is treated to be poorly water soluble and a water soluble second layer 3 of the film having a poorly water soluble first layer 2 and the second layer 3 is opposed and stuck to living tissue 4. Thus, the second layer 3 is gradually dissolved by water in a living body, a nanoparticle 5 released from the second layer 3 is incorporated into the inside of the living tissue 4, and physiologically active substances are gradually released from the inside of the nanoparticle 5 in the living tissue 4. The film shape is retained by the poorly water soluble first layer 2 for a long period to some extent. |
