PURPOSE: A touch panel with a printing layer and visibility improvement is provided to increase various functions and to increase visibility of a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) is formed in PC(PolyCarbonate) or a PMMA(PolyMethyl MethAcrylate). A printing layer(21) and a niobium oxide layer(22) are successively evaporated in one side of the substrate. A conductive layer(30) is formed in upper side of the niobium oxide layer. A hard coating layer(20a) of an acrylic resin group is included in one side of the substrate of PC or PMMA. |
