PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electric vehicle be available for traveling while implementing self-sufficiency of power in a dwelling house at low costs.SOLUTION: A power management system determines that an electric vehicle 30 is available for traveling when it is determined that a residual power amount of the electric vehicle 30 is not to be equal to or lower than a first determination value, and determines a time zone in which the electric vehicle 30 is available for traveling, where the time zone in which the electric vehicle 30 is available for traveling is a time zone until a residual power amount of a dwelling house storage battery 20 has been equal to or lower than a second determination value assuming that the residual power amount of the dwelling house storage battery 20 changes according to transition estimation of a charge amount and discharge amount of the electric vehicle 30 on the basis of a present residual power amount of the dwelling house storage battery 20. |
