摘要 A liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to control a viewing angle of the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device by generating a difference in interference amounts among color pixels. A liquid crystal panel(30) includes color sub-pixels of a first mode and interference sub-pixels of a second mode. An input portion receives color sub data for the color sub-pixels. A signal adaptive interference data generator(40) generates a video interference sub-pixel data and mixed interference sub-pixel data. The video interference sub-pixel data is processed based on the color sub-pixel data from the input portion. The mixed interference sub-pixel data is generated by mixing the video interference sub-pixel data with fixed interface sub-pixel data of a predetermined fixed pattern. A panel driver drives the color sub-pixel pixels and the interference sub-pixels in response to the color sub data from the input portion and the mixed interference sub-pixel data from the signal adaptive interference data generator.
