PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexographic printing plate which is improved in surface adhesiveness and has excellent tolerance in handling even when it contains water dispersion latex and rubber.SOLUTION: A flexographic printing plate contains (A) water dispersion latex and (B) rubber, a gel fraction of the (A) water dispersion latex is 80% or more, a content of the (A) water dispersion latex is in the range of 10-70 mass%, and the flexographic printing plate is surface-treated with active chlorine-containing compounds. |
