PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub in which a porous plate generating air bubbles can be placed on a wide area of an inner bottom face of the bathtub, and further with which the porous plate generating fine air bubbles, being a ceramic porous plate, can easily be obtained, and to provide a component of the bathtub and a production method of them.SOLUTION: A porous plate unit 20 comprises: a porous plate 24 consisting of pottery with communication holes communicating from one face to the other face thereof and formed therethrough; and a planar porous plate holding part 22 consisting of pottery, without air permeability, and surface-joined to one face of the porous plate 24. In the porous plate unit 20, a long hole-shaped air passage 30B extending in the surface direction of the porous plate 24, branching or curving, and communicating with the communication holes is formed inside the porous plate 24 or on a boundary between the porous plate 24 and the porous plate holding part 22, and an introduction port 30A to introduce a gas to the air passage 30B is formed. |
