The present invention relates to a radiating structure of an on-board slow charger and a vehicle using the same. A first housing forming an exterior of a slow charger and a second housing arranged inside the first housing are configured to be in contact with each other. Because each housing is in contact with each other, contact with the air is blocked and heat is released smoothly.
