The loops or straps have a three dimensional structure and extend continuously from the protective film. The textile fabric is a spacer fabric (7), whose pile threads (4) form the loops or the straps. A damping layer is provided, which comprises a thin layer of flexible plastic foam or a thin textile fibrous web.
