A method for preparing a beverage by using deep sea water is provided to lower the manufacturing cost by controlling the hardness of deep sea water. A method for preparing a beverage by using deep sea water comprises the steps of heating deep sea water to 20-30 deg.C; filtering it by sand filtration, microfiltration or ultrafiltration to control the FI (fouling index) of the suspended solid material to be 2-4; firstly desalting it by electrolytic extraction method; sending the filtered fresh water having a boron compound content of 0.3 mg/L or less to a fresh water storage tank; applying a low voltage of 0.5-5 V to it for magnetization; and sterilizing it at 120-135 deg.C for 0.5-10 min or with UV rays. |
