In order to prevent an increase in posting of inappropriate reviews not helpful to users, a review posting control device (1) includes a restriction setting unit that selects a reviewer having received a specified level or higher of negative evaluations in evaluation information on a posted review, and sets restrictions on posting by the reviewer in accordance with the level of negative evaluations. Posting by the reviewer of the review having received negative evaluations is thereby restricted. |
