A rotation body rotates using frictional propulsion as a high pressure fluid comes into a cylinder through a shaft to flow through the cylinder and to generate friction using a outer multi-fluid device before being discharged to the outside. A rotation device using the internal friction of a cylinder according to the present invention has an excellent energy recovery rate in general by frequently and continuously recovering energy in comparison with a conventional rotation device. |
