The present invention relates to a jump rope including a pair of handles (30, 30′), a pair of cords (20, 20′) respectively connected to one end portion of the handles (30, 30′), and a pair of holds (10, 10′) connecting both end portions of the cords (20, 20′) through two holes (11). The holds (10, 10′) are provided with two holes zigzagged in both directions, and each hole is formed with protrusions (12) for increasing frictional force of the cords (20, 20′) to hold the cords therein. Therefore, the length is easily adjusted by the pair of holds (10, 10′), and since the holds (10, 10′) increase the center weight of the cords, rotation force of the cords is increased. |
