The present invention relates to pump with rotating blade rim comprising a shaped split housing (1), which is provided with an inlet branch (11) and an outlet branch (12) wherein at least one impeller wheel (2) is mounted in the interior thereof. A cover (3) closed the liquid space of the housing (1). Each impeller wheel (2) is comprised of a supporting disk (21), which is provided with at least one blade rim consisting of a system of blades (23). In the region of mounting of the blade rim of each impeller wheel (2), there is performed in t he housing (1) interior between the inlet branch (11) and the outlet branch (12) a through-flow channel (4) formed by at least three shaped cavities (41) performed successively alternatively along the circumference of the blade rim in the housing (1) such that a flow of liquid between the impeller wheel (2) blades (23) is enabled either in predominantly radial direction or predominantly in axial direction.
