REGASIFICATION SYSTEM

Disclosed are a regasification system, and a ship prepared with the regasification system. The regasification system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes: an inlet on one side, for the influx of seawater; a seawater transfer line which includes an outlet on the other side for the efflux of the seawater; a regasification device which gasifies liquefied gas through heat exchange using the seawater as a heating medium; and a discharging unit including a resistor which is installed on the outlet to prevent negative pressure inside the seawater transfer line, and a nozzle which is installed on the rear end of the resistor, and which is capable of increasing the discharging velocity of the seawater used for the regasification.
