PURPOSE: β-glycosidase protein is provided to efficiently transform PPD type ginsenoside into activated ginsenoside. CONSTITUTION: β-glycosidase protein is comprised of sequence number 1. A gene codes the protein. A recombinant vector comprises the gene. A transformant is transformed to the recombinant vector. A primer set for detecting β-glycosidase protein is comprised of sequence number 3 or sequence number 4. A manufacturing method of β-glycosidase protein comprises; (a) a step to culture a transformant, (b) a step to manufacture β-glycosidase from the transformant and (c) a step to gain β-glycosidase manufactured. The transformation of β-glycosidase into activated ginsenoside comprises a step of reacting β-glycosidase protein, the transformant or a culture liquid of the transformant with PPD type ginsenoid. The composition which is transformed into PPD type ginsenoside into activated ginsenoside comprises reacting β-glycosidase protein, the transformant or a culture liquid of the transformant. |
