PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water tank device for washing the private parts which can abolish an indoor heat conduction member also called a heat-sensitive plate and having an indoor heat conduction path for connecting a heating portion of a heater and a temperature sensor to each other in a thermally conductive manner in a warm water chamber. SOLUTION: The warm water tank device includes: a warm water tank 2 which has the warm water chamber 25 for storing warm water; the heater 3 which has a heating portion 30 for heating water in the warm water chamber 25; the temperature sensor 4 which has a sensor 41 for detecting the temperature of the warm water in the warm water chamber 25; and a chamber-outside heat conduction member 33 which has a chamber-outside heat conduction path provided outside the warm water chamber 25 of the warm water tank 2. The chamber-outside heat conduction member 33 makes the heat of the heating portion 30 of the heater 3 thermally conducted to the temperature sensor 4 via the chamber-outside heat conduction path so as to make the temperature sensor 4 measure a temperature.
