<p>Stretching of thermoplastic polymer material-containing starting film web involves heating the output film web up to a partial molten state containing liquid state low-melting polymeric component and non-liquid state high-melting polymeric component using a heated roll, cooling the partially melted film web by feeding a cooled roll gap, incorporating the low-melting polymeric component and high-melting polymeric component into the film, and stretching the strained film contained between the gap of heated roll and cooled roll at a stretch ratio of 1:1.5. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) manufacture of nonwoven fabric film laminate; and (2) usage of nonwoven fabric film laminate.</p> |
