One embodiment of the present invention relates to a smart blackbox system for reporting offences. The purpose of the present invention is to promote citizenship and improve public order by allowing a blackbox provided in a vehicle to transmit a corresponding video to a server for reporting offences and report an offence, when the offence occurs in the front and rear of the vehicle while driving the vehicle. To this end, one embodiment of the present invention includes: a blackbox for a vehicle configured to photograph and record, by a camera, a service video of a vehicle and a video corresponding to an offence, which occurs in the front and rear of the vehicle, and to transmit, to the outside, the photographed video information of the offence, which occurs in the front and rear of the vehicle, and the information of the vehicle; a server for reporting offences connected to the blackbox for a vehicle through a wireless communication network, receiving the video information of the offence and the information of the vehicle from the blackbox for a vehicle, and transmitting each of the information to an agency; and an offence processing terminal provided in the agency, and receiving the video information of the offence and the information of the vehicle from the server for reporting offences. |
