A display includes: a display unit which includes a plurality of pixels; and a reference voltage driving unit which applies a first reference voltage to the pixels during a data writing period when data is being written to the pixels and applies a second reference voltage to the pixels during a light emitting period when the pixels are emitting light. Each of the pixels includes: a switching transistor which is turned on by a scan signal of gate-on voltage and delivers data voltage applied to a data line to a first node; a driving transistor which controls driving current flowing to an organic light emitting diode according to the voltage of the first node and the voltage of a power supply; and a storage capacitor which includes a first electrode connected to the first node and a second electrode to which one among the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage is applied. The reference voltage variation from the first reference voltage to the second reference voltage is determined according to threshold voltage deviation characteristics of the display unit.
