The present invention relates to a biosensor using a room temperature operating a single electron transistor, a method for manufacturing the biosensor, and an analysis system and an analysis method having the biosensor. According to the present invention, the biosensor using a room temperature operating a single electron transistor comprises: a source and a drain equipped on a substrate; a single electron transistor having a quantum dot coulomb channel equipped between the source and the drain, and a gate equipped on the upper part of the quantum dot coulomb channel; a metal oxide scanning layer equipped on the upper part of the gate to be chemically bonded to a target molecule; and an ion aqueous solution container where an ion aqueous solution is stored inside, and is equipped on the upper part of the metal oxide scanning layer to make the ion aqueous solution to be in contact with the metal oxide scanning layer. |
