A sample holder for measuring thermal conductivity of rocks according to the present invention comprises: a sample filling unit which is filled with samples of object rocks to measure thermal conductivity; an upper part covering unit which is detachably combined to the upper part of the sample filling unit so as to close the sample filling unit from the upper part; and a lower part covering unit which is detachably combined to the lower part of the sample filling unit so as to close the sample filling unit from the lower part.
