The present invention relates to a brake device for a vehicle. The brake device includes: a wedge unit connected to a brake pad; a driving device which is coupled to the wedge unit and pressurizes the wedge unit toward a brake disk; a piston which is supported by a caliper body and has a hydraulic chamber therein; a housing which is movably coupled to the piston, is connected to the wedge unit, and moves the wedge unit to the brake disk as oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber; a sealing member which is arranged between the outer surface of the piston and the inner surface of the housing; and an elastic member which is arranged in the hydraulic chamber and pressurizes the housing to the brake disk. |
