The cartridge (1) has a segmented single flange sabot (10) with a projectile body (6). A receiving device (28) made of plastic is detachable from a control surface (7) of a sabot-type projectile (5) during firing of cartridge, centered towards the control surface, and connected with a shell cover (4). The receiving device comprises a ring shaped rear flange (29) whose outer diameter corresponds to a projectile caliber of the cartridge. A sealing lip (22) is made of rubber, a segment ring (24) is made of metal, and a guiding and sealing strip (25) is made of plastic. |
