An injection device and a method for manufacturing a ball balancer using the same are provided to prevent a ball from being dropped to the outside of a ball balancer by forming a sill at a second ball balancer housing. An injection device comprises a first mold(60), a second mold(70), a sill forming unit(65), moving units(80,83), and resin supply units(100,103). The first mold has a first cavity(61) to form a first ball balancer housing(33). The second mold has a second cavity(71) to form a second ball balancer housing(40). The second mold is horizontally adhered or separated from the first mold. The sill forming unit is installed at the first mold. A ball(45) is placed in the second ball balancer housing. The sill forming unit forms the sill at the second ball balancer housing to prevent the ball from being separated from the second ball balancer housing. The moving units move the second mold. The resin supply units supply the resin to the first and the second cavities. The first mold has a first molding unit(63) inserted to the second cavity. The sill forming unit is formed at a lower surface of the first molding unit. |
