The present invention relates to a power control device, a method thereof, and equipment including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, the power control device includes a control unit which consecutively generates control signals by delaying the signals for a preset time in response to a feedback signal; and a switching unit which receives main power and consecutively generates a plurality of powers by delaying the powers for the preset time in response to the control signals while controlling the output of the main power. The control unit generates the control signals in response to the feedback signal generated after the internal state of a device, which receives the powers to operate, is detected. According to the present invention, when the main power is controlled by a zero-crossing method and supplied to a device, momentary current surges in an initial stage can be prevented and accordingly large momentary power consumption and stress can be prevented, thereby prolonging the life of the device.
