PURPOSE: A carrier board moving apparatus, a contact apparatus, and a separation apparatus for a test handler, a carrier board for the test handler, and the test handler are provided to freely move a loading unit in a supplying chamber while the carrier board is being tested. CONSTITUTION: A push/pull unit pushes a carrier board from a first chamber to a second chamber and pulses the carrier board from the second chamber to the first chamber. A driving unit(1130) forwardly and backwardly moves the push/pull unit. Rotary driving source supplies rotary driving force to rotate the push/pull unit around a forward-backward direction as a rotary shaft. A hooking part is arranged at the front end of the push/pull unit in order to hook the carrier board. |
