<p>The carriage (4) has a core integrally attached to a stem (3) by a connection unit. A saddle pillar (1) allows longitudinal adjustment in cooperation with a reinforcement (2b) of a saddle (2). The core is provided with two bearings that cooperate with a pivot axle (5) and are provided with a pivotally movable opening. Interior supports co-operate with external supports to tighten the reinforcement of the saddle. An adjusting unit (7) e.g. screw and axle, is located in the screw and actuated by a user.
