PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance quality by mainly preventing a depth side louver from being viewed from a habitable room part 5 side.SOLUTION: Double louver type vent hole members 17, 18 have a structure in which a front side louver 32 is installed on a front side in a view from a habitable room part 5 of a cylindrical vent hole member body 31 attached so as to face the habitable room part 5, and a depth side louver 33 is installed on a depth side of the front side louver 32. In the structure, the presence of the depth side louver 33 is prevented from being viewed from the habitable room part 5 side.
