An apparatus for loading loose materials into valve bags comprises a hopper, a feeding pipeline, a loading section that has a nozzle, which is rigidly attached to a frame, which interacts with strain-gauge scales, a platform for valve bag and a clamp of bag valve against loading pipe, an automation system, which receives a signal from the strain-gauge scales and performs automatic control of the device for release of bulk material from the hopper and a device for pressing the valve bag to the nozzle of loading section. Between the hopper and feeding pipeline a device is mounted to control the leakage of loose material from the hopper, comprising: a housing with an outlet funnel rigidly attached to the hopper, telescopically to which two nozzle are concentrically mounted: - an external nozzle, which is rigidly attached to the housing and is covered on top by an umbrella and is in communication with the atmosphere, and an internal nozzle, which is mounted with possibility of movement in the outer nozzle and connected to the device for changing its position, which is controlled by an automation system. |
