The method envisages preparation of recipe components, aubergines cutting and frying in vegetable oil and milling, ground pumpkin seed extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, acetic acid, salt, hot black pepper, packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: produced new appetiser preserves have low adhesion to container walls. |
