A universal test bench for mechanical operational tests of safety belts, safety cables, stairs and ladders includes a frame, two mounted on different heights guide cables, rollers rotating in opposite directions, at one of those the tension cable with hook at the end goes – for fixation of cable to one of the elements of the tested construction, traction cylinder (hoist) for winding cable on it, dynamometer. The frame is arranged as spatial construction the planes of which are working platforms for fixation of the working platform and the working beams. The planes of the frame are supports for the ladders for different purposes. At least one working beam is placed in the frame lower than the level of the working platform, and not less than one additional working beam is placed above the level of the working platform at multiple heights intended for testing the means of individual protection. |
