FIELD: test equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, in particular to methods and devices for shearing test, and may be used in manufacturing of multi-layer panels in aircraft construction, shipbuilding, construction and other industries. Substance: fixed boards are connected to each other rigidly, and on both sides of the movable board and onto inner sides of fixed boards they apply an adhesive layer of even thickness along entire area of application, creating a smooth surface. Marks are applied onto ends of movable and fixed boards for determination of the shearing value. The movable board is installed into slots, providing for parallelism of movement of the movable board relative to the fixed ones. They register a force value corresponding to the shearing value. The device comprises two fixed boards and a movable board arranged symmetrically relative to fixed ones with adjusted gaps. Surfaces of the boards are made with the specified roughness, providing for even thickness of the adhesive layer along the entire surface of application. On the movable and fixed boards there are marks to determine the shearing value, and the movable board is installed in slots with the possibility of provision of parallelism of the movable board movement relative to the fixed boards.
