PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous resin composition which has low foamability and, even if foaming occurs, is excellent in defoaming, thereby hardly causing defects in a coating being formed, and provide a resin composition that provides a cured film which imparts excellent hardness, scratch resistance, transparency, and contamination resistance, and durability.SOLUTION: The resin composition contains: a polymer which includes a hydroxyl group and a fluoroalkyl group and has a weight-average molecular weight equal to or greater than 1,000; a hydrocarbon-based monomer containing one or more selected from among (meth)acryloyl groups and vinyl groups; 0.01-25 wt.% of a saturated hydrocarbon; and a solvent having an SP value equal to or less than 10.0. |
